Clouds render in front of everything (again).
This seems to now affect machines more widespread (or at least very differently as previous ones, since I did not experience this before on any release).

Confirmed on 1.16-pre4
Confirmed on pre-4 with a GTX 1050ti
This is a graphic card specific issue as my AMD Radeon HD 6900 wasn't having this issue.
@Dylan Price No, I have an AMD Radeon RX 570 and an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and I have this issue.
I have no idea on what context this bug affects users but it's very confusing.
Minecraft running on Java 8 (1.8.0_232-solus-ga), running on Solus 4.1
This does not happen on a GTX 1650, but it does on my 1050Ti
Also happening on GTX 1070 (v445.87)

Definitely more widespread now. Now happening on a NVIDIA GefForce GTX 780 here.

Happening also on a GTX 970 with Fabulous graphics enabled
Still also happens on my end with AMD Vega 56
OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel: 5.7.0-2-tkg-pds
Resolution: 1920x1080, 1920x1080
DE: Plasma
WM: KWin
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X (16) @ 3.700GHz
GPU: AMD ATI Radeon RX Vega 56 / MESA Stable 20.1.0
Memory: 32128MiB
Java: 1.8.0_251
GTX970 with Fabulous here as well. Changed to "fancy" and they disappear.
With pre5 I now get the warning message when enabling fabulous mode. So is this still a game bug and might be fixed sometime later in a future release or a driver bug? And if it is a driver bug has someone contacted the guys from MESA to fix it?
I think this might be an issue that affects only Nvidia graphics users. I have AMD and it doesn't affect me.
