Breaking a lot of instant-break blocks causes lag spikes.

I've experience this bug in a modded version of 1.9.4, then I went to the vanilla version to see if the bug still persisted, and it did to a lesser degree.

My setup:
CPU: i5-4690K (OCed to 4.5 GHz)
GPU: GTX 950
RAM: 16 GB

This happened in no other version of the game that I've played in, with my setup.

Update: Heavier spikes are noticed, when my friends are building or breaking.

Update 2: Affecting all 1.9 versions, vanilla.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

It has been attached.

May be unrelated, but it is a modded server:

Server brand: Bungeecord....

Please reproduce in a fully vanilla environment.

Besides that, your graphics card driver is outdated:

OpenGL: GeForce GTX 950/PCIe/SSE2 GL version 4.5.0 NVIDIA 364.72, NVIDIA Corporation

Update to 368.22

Updated to latest drivers, added a new crash file, and redid the video in single player.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w43a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
