Issue with Windows 10 and Minecraft 1.9.4

I just purchased the game today and was looking forward to playing it. the game downloaded quickly and i clicked play. I expected to be able to play minecraft.

what happend was when my world was created i saw blue. not like just a blue screen, my hot keys and everything was there. then it gave me this error notice.

I watched a youtube video that had the same problem that said go open Java and copy them and replace the java in Minecraft with the current version, with no luck. I would like to figure out how to fix this so i can play the game normally.
