My Minecraft worlds are having world loading corruption

What I expected to happen was to have the minecraft load up onto my screen and have my worlds to slowly load, maybe a few glitches and/or lags and such.It worked properly the first time

What actually happened was that when I finished on that world, I got bored and wanted to play on another world. Then, when it fininshed loading, the world had started to load everywhere. It loaded really weirdly, like it loaded onto 1 thing, then another the next time. It did it really quickly really fast ,literally from one thing to another! The mobs weren't affected but my inventory was!! My inventory had started re-morphing it self into other mesh like a messed up block or something! It showed blocks placed wherever I went but the texture had been messed up in different locations

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on Multiplayer or an Single-player Server (Either way, doesn't matter)
2. Go onto the world and come off it
3. Go onto the world again
