Spectator mode does not work correctly in the Nether, Blaze attacks

The spectator mode is not working properly, especially in the Nether. When I switch between creative and spectator mode, my skin disappears and is only the head, as shown in this print, where the Blaze attack is at me as if I was still a "physical player". Also occurs to toggle between Viewer and survival, and my skin does not appear, I'm practically invisible without using potion!
