End Stone Brick Recipe only produces 1 instead of 4

The crafting recipe for End Stone Bricks only produces 1 End Stone Brick instead of 4, as it should be and also was from 15w31a up to 1.9.4.

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a new world.
2. Get 4 End Stone.
3. Craft them together in a 2x2-square.

Output = 1 End Stone Brick
This isn't supposed to do so, so please fix this bug.
