Texture pack titles and descriptions completely messed up

The texturepack titles and descriptions in the texturepacks menu are completely messed up:
All the font of the texturepack selection list uses the respecitve "pack.png" file instead "/font/default.png", see attached screenshots!
This does not happen with the default packs entry in the list, but it still happens when default textures selected.
Note: This are screenshots of an unmooded minecraft.jar (no MCPatcher, no Optifine), HD Fonts are supported in vanilla as of Snapshot 13w09a!

EDIT:
Sometimes, this happens to the whole in-game font, as you can see in the third screenshot!
