Crashing upon loading maps and mods.

For the past few weeks, I have been having issues loading maps on singleplayer, and mods on multiplayer while on fullscreen. It boots up fine at first. I see the title screen. But, once I go fullscreen to load a map or mod, the game crashes. The attachment shows what I see every time this happens. Typically, I can play if I load up a map or a mod while not on fullscreen. But, as soon as something loads up in fullscreen, it crashes. This is avoidable, but avoiding it is extremely inconvenient; seeing as I would not be able to play fullscreen.

Also, the mods I attempt to load/play are hivemc.eu, us.mineplex.com, and mineca.de.
