1.10 cant create or load old worlds

So today i loaded up minecraft 1.10 and i went to create a new world, i get a black screen for about 2 minutes then the game crashes and i get the error code: cant keep up did the server change? running 120 ticks behind.
i assumed it was my computer being weird so i relunched and tried again this time i set my graphics and things low it still crashed, so i decided to load into my survival world that i play all the time.. it does the exact same thing.
so i switched my version to 1.9.4 loaded the world i started via 1.10 to see if it would crash it did, so i created a new world via 1.9.4 it does the same thing so im not sure if this is my computer or a bug.

i cant seem to find that file, i tried searching for it in the RUN and also in the minecraft folders and couldnt find it, could you please explain better on how to find it?

there is no folder for crash reports in my .minecraft

allright i fixed it i went on youtube becuse i kept noticing when minecraft crashed it kept saying it couldnt write core dumps, i found the soulation to that now minecraft works thanks for you help guys! now.. how do i close this thread? XD

i have the same thing now how do I fix it 1.10 wont load either single player or multiplayer and 1.94 does the same thing
