Crashes after approx. 10 seconds after starting

First crash report so please forgive me if in wrong place. I searched both here and in launcher. I thought maybe it was graphic card issue, and maybe it still is. After I installed V1.10 it started. I attempted to go back to V1.9.4 as that worked, but am still now getting same report. It launches and goes to single/multi player selection screen. I can then choose single player, choose a world and it loads, I do have sound, and about 5-10 seconds of craphics, then it crashes with the uploaded crash report. Again I am sorry this is first time to list a crash/bug report.
