When creating a classic gravel, tnt, presureplate trap above a block of water, it explodes when activated
It dealt damage, yes but it also destroyed blocks
It shouldn't destroy blocks because explosives in water does not destroy blocks, but when an activated tnt and a gravel block lands in the same location it blows everything up
What actually happened was...:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Dig a 3 block deep hole in the ground and place a block of water at the bottom
2. place a TNT above the water and a gravel ontop
3 then put a presureplate on the gravel and trigger it.
Well, the TNT was inside gravel, not inside water.
