no sound i can't see player skins and when go to resource packs it says I'm missing Pack.mcmeta!

Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to this ticket.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".

what do I do after that?

no its just pure vanilla minecraft

also this bug got on my other downloaded versions

Try this

• Press Windows + R

• Type %appdata% and press Enter

• Double Click on .minecraft

• Double Click on versions

• Delete the 1.9.4 folder

• Open minecraft with version 1.9.4

Short version: Windows + R > %appdata% > .minecraft > versions > delete the 1.9.4 folder > Open Minecraft in version 1.9.4

Your installation is messed up.

• Stop Minecraft & Launcher

• Delete ([minecraft/assets/|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder])

• Delete ([minecraft/versions/|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder])

• Restart Launcher & Minecraft, assets and versions will get redownloaded

i am having a problem just like this except it is in minecraft 1.10.2 and deleting those files and restarting hasn't worked
