i keep on crashing for two of my accounts.Whenever i join a server it always crashes me... please help asap....

i just cant join its soooo annoying .... always sends me in a room saying your not connected to the internet,so i looked if i was and i was.always crashes me right when i either join the server or when i get out of the room that says no connection....
