HELP! Graphics on light are looking silly

I am on Windows 8.1 playing Minecraft and my Java version is currently Java SE 8 Update 92
I got a strange bug in Minecraft 1.10.3 and I am creating a project of something, I do not watch silly light graphics! Example:
*When I switch lever of redstone creation, walls are dark, and ground looks light, and/or walls are light, and ground looks dark.
*Light source does not appear correctly.
Can someone help me fix this bug?
