[MC-104746] lag on new worlds

creating a defualt world the first 10 minutes the world has a very inportant lag

AFFECT MINECRAFT 1.9, 1.9.1, 1.9.2, 1.9.4, 1.10, 1.10.1 and 1.10.2
ALL VERSIONS NAMED I CAN´T PUT THESE IN AFFECTED VERSION
