[MC-104930] Minecraft Map's No Longer Fill in after placed in item frame

When a player Creates a map hangs it on an item frame, if the player retrieves the map, the map no longer continues to fill the map, nor identify the player.

Create Map
Zoom Out to Scale 4/4 1:16
Activate map (show player on map, filling map)
Place map in item frame
Note the lack of player on map in item frame
Take map from frame into inventory
Notice that the map can no longer be filled out.

This also may be based on the zooming-out of maps.

Create map
Activate map (show player filling in map)
zoom out map
Shift click
Notice the consumed paper and no change in map zoom/scale.

Works as intended; maps in item frames no longer display players since 1.7.2.

Notice that the map can no longer be filled out.

Cannot reproduce.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
