[MC-105035] Floating mineshafts generating incorrectly in shade

The bug

Under overhangs, mineshafts will generate without supports or chests, and they will also have floating cobwebs. To reproduce, use the seed 5023499754317761024 and run the following command:

/tp @p -91 26 -346 26 -2.5

gave screenshots, the fourth one proves it doesn't have to be in shade.

(Edit: the occasion that causes the mineshaft to generate like in the fourth screenshot is extremely rare)

This may not be fixed, but I have noticed that mineshaft no longer generate like this under trees anymore.

This is a big problem for buffet modes using the floating islands generation. Mineshafts will most often spawn in the open, no minecart w/ chests. It took 20 mineshafts before I found one that actually went into the island enough that it generated a single minecart w/ chest.

And this is now 1.14.1 Pre-2. This makes finding diamonds even THAT much harder in this type of world, limiting to shipwrecks and buried treasure for any chance at any as the floating islands don't come down far enough for diamonds to generate.

I think this is happening in 1.15 pre2, At least the floating cobwebs when a mineshaft ends up in a crevasse.

The core issue appears to be fixed in 21w06a:
