Seeds Not Staying Planted And Randomly Dissappear ;-;

What I expected to happen was all my seeds planted would just stay
where they were planted

*What actually happened was every so often the seeds would pop out of the block and the item would just sit on the floor. I am lead to assume through various test that this will only occur on certain random blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I really don't know how to replicate this bug
2.I used a 3 long strip of dirt and hoed it then planted the seeds
3. Every so often one or 2 seeds on either end would pop out.
