1.7.4 is outdated. Reports are only accepted for the latest release (currently 1.10.2) or latest snapshot (currently none).

1.That is irrelevant, 1.7.4 is outdated and no longer supported.

2.If it is only ExlpodingTnt's server, then take this up with the server owners.
