Minecart sound will not stop when exiting and entering a world

So I was riding in a minecart and decided to exit my world. When I came back to that world, I noticed the minecart sounded a little funny. When I stopped, it it's sound effect kept going. After that, the only way to stop the sound effect was to exit Minecraft. This happened several times on different worlds. (Note: This is not the same as another bug with a similar name, as that bug was caused by exiting a minecart that ran into a wall.)
