I will lauinch the game and just shortly after I start the server It will not work. it will crash. it says stuff about java hot spot and behind in ticks. I updated java but it only lets me play for 8 seconds now before it crashes. its not exactly 8 seconds but its around there

ok so I just loaded it and it crashed again a few seconds upon game server started. it says
cant keep up! did the system time change, or is the system overloaded? running 3679ms behind, skipping 73 ticks
I have been having the same problem. Here is a part of my launcher log if it could provide some explanations?
