Aggro enderman pass through blocks

Aggravated Endermen are going through blocks while falling through a 1x1 glass tube to use the swipe technique to kill all the Endermen. Appear to go through any block but I've only tested with glass. In the video I provide, the first half shows my enderman farm in my normal world, where aggro enderman are going through the glass. The second half demonstrates how this issue does not occur in a test world. When I copy the test world's end folder to my normal world, the test enderman farm works in both worlds, while copying my normal world's end realm to the test world carries the same issue my regular world has.
