Villager converted from zombie has random trades from random profession.

please reopen, having a similar issue currently where the villager that results from the process of curing a zombie villager has a random profession but will not lose that profession even when a new work station is placed and a bed, I waited many in game days and no profession change has yet occurred

nevermind on my previous comment, issue seems to have resolved when more villagers and beds were added
