[MC-106063] Cannot trade with green villager

I recently found a green Villager. You cannot trade with him. I think it's a bug.

Witnits have no trades, that's intended.

Mono. The bug IS the green villager. He shouldn't spawn. He was removed i think

No, not true, it was added back in on purpose.
See MC-102454, they were removed because they were not supported according to the community, however, mojang never stated such thing.
