Green Villagers

Works as intended.

It says that the green villagers spawn in villages, see MC-45489.
this technically also dupes MC-45489 because the villager spawn is already broken.

Long story short, villages have the green villagers

This part of the bug is what i already reported and it got resolved to MC-45489, that's why this ticket is really a dupe of MC-106063 and MC-45489.

Long story short, villages have the green villagers that have no trades.
