giving an entity elytra with command doesnt work

whenever I do /summon Zombie ~ ~ ~ {Equipment:[{},{},{},{id:elytra,Count:1},{}]} it doesnt work ive tried changing Zombie To Pig and its not working when I push the pig/zombie off my cliff they just fall and die
