This is just a problem with your resource pack, which makes this issue invalid, unless you can have it proved it's a fault with the Minecraft code.

There's no 1.10, 16w33a, etc. because you're making a report on the launcher, not the game itself.
Furthermore, this issue is not relevant to the Minecraft launcher. You can create an issue on the Minecraft Bug Tracker, but 1: make sure it doesn't duplicate anything, and 2: this may be just a problem with your computer. In that case, this is a technical issue. See here for help.

This issue is not relevant to the launcher at all. You may create a new issue on the Pocket Edition bug tracker, but make sure to search beforehand, as many issues are resolved as duplicates.

Aside from the name, the files have the same data, at least if one has entered neither the End nor Nether, nor has encountered any villages.

First of all, your CPU is .44GHz short of the minimum as stated here, though I don't know if that affects anything, since the minimum RAM is 2GB and the default is 1.
Secondly, what do you mean that the lightning won't change? Do you mean lighting?

Please add to the description of the bug; it makes it hard to know what it is if you don't. Describe what the issue is and how to reproduce it. If you can't, this may be invalid, and this may be just a problem with your computer. In that case, this is a technical issue. See here for help.

Are you referring to how the highlighted grid that shows up while looking at a block is not entirely aligned and how the items have gaps between segments?

This issue is not relevant to the launcher. You could create a new issue on the Minecraft Bug Tracker, or you could force crash the game (F3+C for ten seconds, then plus esc.) and attach the crash report here. That may show whether or not this a technical issue (and therefore determine if you should make a report)

I think those are another language, though I don't know why, if they even are.

I did not experience any crashes. I did, however, experience 5-10 of freezing as it changed languages, which was likely from the game preparing all applicable text into another language.

Please attach the crash report that occurs when your game crashes.

When I try to open the image, it says it cannot be loaded. So, what I say is without any information from the image.

Please add to the description of the bug; it makes it hard to know what it is. Make sure do describe the bug and include steps to reproduce.
This may be just a problem with your computer. In that case, this is a technical issue. See here for help.

Please specify the device in the description.

Both were reported due to changed options. It shows the wonderful variety of people. So I'm already dealing with it very well.

It looks like another language to me. Though, if that's true, I don't know how that's possible.

If this issue is about the pc game crashing, then this belongs on the Minecraft bug tracker, not the launcher tracker.

Why would you switch profiles while it's trying to launch?

First, there is no version 1.8.19. Please correct it, and, while you're at it, update the 'affected versions' list.
Second, is pressing done and then using the book really that laborious?
Finally, you can avoid the idle problem by making an AFK pool. Alternatively, use the command /setidletimeout 10080, which will only kick you after a full week of idleness.
That's why I think this issue is invalid.

I set the time to night before the chunks loaded, and the nearby village at (-267,277) to the west had only adults.

@unknown, you didn't have to comment the command; you could've put it in the description.
