When i throw a snowball, it duplicates itself, the first one hits me and the second one throws like normal

Confirmed, seems to be related to MC-88491 as it "fixes" it for snowballs, however, it should not duplicate (with one breaking instantly).
I'm not quite sure if it actually summons another snowball or just creates the particle effect, that could also be possible.
Can confirm in all 3 snapshot versions reported. Occurs in both Creative (from snowballs acquired from the creative inventory), and Survival (from snow gathered with a shovel).
