Igloo's generate without furniture and ice blocks

During gameplay, I stumble upon an igloo and to my disappointment, has no ladder (which i know is intended) And I instantly noticed that there was no furniture (bed, furnace, etc...) nor was there any ice blocks in the windows Apart from this, everything else about the igloo, and the carpet and redstone torch, was normal.

EDIT: A couple minutes after submitting this I realize that I had visited the same Igloo before, and I don't know how to delete bug subbmisions 😞
