[MC-106660] "piston_extension" can be destroyed by TNT or TNT cart.

If a TNT explode while a piston is moving, the "piston_extension" can be destroyed and leave the "piston_base".

I think you can set the resistance of "piston_extension" to 6000000 to prevent it.

The commands in that ticket are just so you can reproduce the bug easily.

This shouldn't be fixed, it is a very useful bug, similar to quasi-connectivity
