If you dismount a horse when it's head is all the way down while moving, sometimes the head stays down until it moves.

This issue relates to MC-96854 / MC-97157 / MC-97423 / MC-96821.

This issue seems to be fixed in 20w48a. I've additionally attached two videos which show how this problem has been resolved.

It looks like I am very rarely still experiencing this for horses in 20w48a (happens slightly more often for horses with NoGravity:1b), but it corrects itself after a rather short time again.
I will therefore resolve this as Cannot Reproduce.
