[MC-106774] game loads than instantly crashes

whenever I go to load the game it gets to where it starts building the world than I see the blue screen with the crosshairs in the center of the screen than the game crashes

I cannot find the file to report it so I took a screen shot to try and figure out the issue

No mods it's my daughter who plays not me I don't know much about the game

I apologise for the huge dump of error logs, but this is all what I have from today's crash. I've been running on forge since yesterday and it was doing fine for 8 hours of constant gameplay.
I DID try to download Optifine for minecraft to test it out, that's when the whole crash saga happened.

I tried to reinstall java and minecraft, but the same error is happening. I did have the same error message appearing like David here.

I have a surface pro on windows 8 (updating to 8.1 now) with 64gb specs.
