Jeb said that hopper timers were fixed in snapshot 16w35a and they are sort of : they are better but still are broke. they aren't like they used to be

Jeb said he fixed hoppers again. Check if the bug is still there in the next snapshot; if it is - describe the exact problem and add steps to reproduce it.
