Summoning villagers only summons farmer profession!

I tried using this command:

/summon Villager ~ ~ ~ {Profession:3,Attributes:[{Name:generic.movementSpeed,Base:0.001}]}

and it summoned in a farmer. I tried it with other profession numbers and it just didn't work. Thank you for your time!
