So, I just installed the snapshot and I played on the Fathfil 32x32 texture pack, and only the ctm/signs, chests and font worked. The other textures were all default textures. As you can see from the picture, the chest texture is a little bit different.

Download the so called "unstitcher", that tool will convert your texture pack.
Your pack needs to be converted.
