I have no idea how this issue is resolved my son still can't get into the game and the comments I get back from support really don't make sense to me. Is there a phone # I can call and get step by step instructions on how to fix this? It is very frustrating considering we have paid for this game and he can't play it.
Thank you
From the description of MC-38527:
• Navigate to [.minecraft/|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]
(Press the link for instructions)
• Open options.txt
with an editor
• Change the line renderDistance:XX
to something like renderDistance:12
• Save the file
