Hitbox of small armor stand is offset for some seconds

The bug

When you change the Small tag of an armor stand to true, summon a small armor stand or reopen the world, the hitbox of the armor stand if offset in the negative x and z directions.

How to reproduce

1. Press F3 + B to show the hitboxes

2. /summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Small:1b}
