Can click on Windows Taskbar in Fullscreen Mode

If fullscreen mode is on, I can still click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, even though it is being covered by Minecraft and I can't see it. Just click low enough on the screen and it should click on the taskbar and switch over to the program that was clicked on. Or it will show the desktop.
