Could be affected by anything, like other tasks on your pc, or just the game doing calculations, loading chunks, etc. I have 6 GB of RAM, but I never get excellent performance at 15 render distance.

Some particles are inherently laggy based on durtion, physics, etc..

Not sure if this is for Amplified only, all worlds, or other conditions.

Confirmed 18w49a. Probably happens because of the way that Realms forces you to be on the latest release version, and has a code for saying that the client is outdated, but no path for saying that it's on a higher version, because it's not expected to exist a higher version than Realms does.

This may actually be a bug from Windows itself. I heard that it can happen in other games in fullscreen.

This is probably because of the AI of entities on non-solid blocks. They likely have a pathfinding glitch and want to get to the nearest solid block, but being on a non-integer Y level confuses the pathfinding. This happens with passive mobs as well, and they end up spinning is circles on top of fence blocks. This sort of bug has been in the game for a long time.
