[MC-138108] Liquids are shown mid air while loading chunks

The bug

While exploring alot of new chunks, and the game can't keep up, you can see liquid in the air.

I've had something similar, but it was only tiny sections of water repeating just below ground level. Sometimes there was actually water there but mostly not. However, they weren't covering more than 4 blocks usually.

I was just in 18w47b and there was flowing water in the unloaded chunks. they were in zigzag patterns expanding for around 5 blocks

I get this a LOT and the pattern always repeats, plus I constantly have chunks load way slower than they should but idk if it's a separate issue

I only see it if I teleport long distances, but they go away after the chunks fully load. However, if I use a server, all chunks stop loading after a couple of seconds and won't keep loading until after I reconnect. During that time, the non-loaded chunks are filled with the water patterns.

i just found out about month or two ago for temp fix try putting your render distance up to 12 or higher then the server or single player mod put it 16
