[MC-139467] Water in loading chunks

I am actually playing on a Mac Mini, but did not see that in your devices.

There seem to be waterfalls appearing when a chunk is loading for the first time.

I can hear the water too, but when the chunk loads in the water goes away, along with the sounds.
