when i boot up a world (both on singleplayer and multiplayer) all the chunks aren't loaded and i can't reload them. this also happens when i teleport. furthermore i hear running water and weirdly sometimes can see the water in the unloaded chunks. after like 30 sec- 2 mins it will clear up.
