So I was messing around in the latest snapshot of Minecraft Java Edition 1.14, and I quickly came across this spectacle that I cannot explain.

While exploring the new snapshot of Minecraft 1.14, shortly after reporting the Video Settings sount button bug, I came across this "thing". (I cannot think of a way to accurately describe this in words.)
