Chunk generation causes random ghost blocks/void

When wondering away from chunks they despawn and once you return there is only void or random ghost blocks.

This doesn't seem to be a server side issue though, as other players can walk into the affected area and see normal terrain/structures.

Edit: once the affected player logs out and back in the area loads normally but the glitch persists and can happen again
