ender dragons cant be killed unless using /kill @e

So when doing /summon enderdragon in the normal world will summon the enderdragon and it will be frozen and there is no way to kill it unless u use /kill @e now this is a big problem for some servers who use enderdragon name bars because it will not even show the name bar.
