As easy as that, no blaze spawners appear in nether. The fortresses are fine, and blazes spawn on the fortress, but the spawner spots for the blazes are there without spawners.

The world was first created in 1.10.2.
After the update to the snapshot 16w38a I deleted the nether map, and regenerated it.
