[MC-107387] Unable to right click Cartographer

New cartographer spawn either natural or egg won't open interface when right clicked

@Galaxy_2Alex I was able to reproduce it in version 1.14.3, though I don't know what exactly caused it (it didn't work with librarians either):

Restarting Minecraft did not help btw
