Minecraft crash after using the "Totem of Undying"

I spawn very much creeper. Then I do the "Totem of Undying" in the other hand. After that i go in Gamemode 0. Creepe exploded, i survive. But than i haven't the "Toten of Undying" anymore. The next creeper explode, and i die. I press the revival button, and Minecraft crash. The Crash report is under attachments. Good Luck to repair the bug 🙂
