[MC-107462] shulker box loses enchantments after being placed and picked up again

shulker boxes do not keep their enchantments / curses when placed and picked up again (which is a shame because i would love a unlootable inventory)

[request to reopen] i do not believe that this bug should be treated as a duplicate of MC-209 mostly due to the intended gameplay use of the shulker box

You can currently on default not apply any enchantments to the box anyway since it is treated like a regular block.
