I was exploring one of the new woodland mansions and found a farm room with all of the seeds popped off as can be seen in the screenshot below. So far I have only found this with the wheat farms. The melon and pumpkin farms are fine.

Not sure if it is really a duplicate of MC-93132. There are not lighting errors, the problem might be rather that the seeds are updated before the torches were placed or before the light level was updated.
Cannot reproduce for 1.13.1, although it doesn't seem to have wheat/seeds planted but i don't know or that is intended or also a bug.
